June 2026 Park Rapids Driver's Ed (IN PERSON)
Classes will be held at Calvary Church, 112 Park Ave, Park Rapids, MN. Class communication will occur via the remind app. I will text everyone the link to join 2 weeks prior to class starting. If you do not have this app please download it when you register. Students should bring a notebook, pen and highlighter to class. If you are 14 years old or older, you may sign up for a driver's education class. Students who are 14 years old must wait until they are 15 years old to take the knowledge test. Session 2: Thu May 28th 9am-12pm
Session 3: Fri May 29th 9am-12pm
Session 4: Mon June 1st 9am-12pm
Session 5: Wed June 3rd 9am-12pm
Session 6: Thu June 4th 9am-12pm
Session 7: Fri June 5th 9am-12pm
Session 8: Mon June 8th 9am-12pm
Session 9: Wed June 10th 9am-12pm
Session 10: Thu June 11th 9am-12pm
Upcoming VIRTUAL Parent Meetings via ZOOM: Monday July 27th 6-7:30pm. Parents and students should both attend, but the parent meeting is optional.
Attendance is very important. State law requires students have 30 hours of classroom instruction before a Blue Card can be issued. If a student misses a class, make-up classes must be attended in the next available class. I strongly suggest perfect attendance. If you have a scheduling conflict due to extracurricular activities, call me and we will find a solution.
Students should bring a notebook, pen and highlighter to class.
Driver instruction fees are as follows:
Classroom: $150
Behind the Wheel: $300
Classroom / Behind the Wheel Package: $400
You may pay for these classes separately and still receive the $50 discount.
